East Coast family finds everything they need at McCaffrey’s Oaks

It is no small feat to relocate a family of six from the East Coast to California.  But, for the Habeeb family, McCaffrey Homes made it easy.

“They were so friendly – they made the transition to our new home so seamless and easy,” said Dr. Rizwan Habeeb.

Dr. Habeeb discovered Tesoro Viejo, the award-winning master-planned community in Madera, through an Internet search and noticed that it was short drive to the two medical facilities where he would work as an anesthesiologist.  Being close to work was his biggest request.

But, his four daughters – Zeenat, Zainab, Zara, and Zain – had a request of their own.  They each wanted their own bedroom.  On their first visit to Tesoro Viejo, they discovered that this was not a difficult request to accommodate.  They chose the Valley Oak floorplan in McCaffrey Homes’ Oaks collection in the Hillside Village neighborhood.

The Valley Oak floorplan not only had the five bedrooms they needed, it offered the kind of spacious living they were looking for.  And when the girls want to come out of their bedrooms, there is plenty of space for fun family gatherings around the large kitchen island.

McCaffrey Homes’ Oaks collection is all about sophisticated living and sets the bar high with its bold architecture.  The collection was designed to accommodate the entertaining lifestyle with gourmet kitchens and large entertaining spaces.  It is located in the inaugural residential village of Hillside Village in a community with resort-style amenities.

The Habeeb family is looking forward to enjoying all the amenities that Tesoro Viejo offers, including the clubhouse, the neighborhood coffee bar & eatery, neighborhood parks, and miles of trails for biking and hiking. A big bonus is the new Hillside School right in the middle of their neighborhood where three of his four daughters attend.

“It’s like a mini-resort,” he says.
