The path to owning your new McCaffrey home begins the moment you visit a community. Meet with a Community Representative, tour model homes and find the right floor plan for your lifestyle. Once you make the decision to purchase you'll select your homesite & reserve your home. Congratulations!
Obtain Pre-Approval
Pre-Qualify with McCaffrey’s Preferred Lender. While you may use any lender, choosing McCaffrey Home Mortgage means you qualify for exclusive builder incentives that can significantly reduce your closing costs.
The Fun Part! Choose Your Selections.
Our Design Center will inspire your creativity with a wide variety of possibilities. From the flooring to cabinets to the interior color scheme, our professional design team will help you personalize your home to create that signature style that’s all your own.
Attend Open Wall Tour
We’ll keep you in the know, as you’ll receive step-by-step updates on the construction of your new home. Put on your hard hat as prior to drywall installation, a McCaffrey construction professional will conduct an “Open Wall Tour” guiding you through the inner workings of your home.
Finalize Paperwork
We’re almost there as your new home is being detailed.
You’ll meet with a Community Representative for an overview and detailed explanation of the closing process, escrow final documents, and receiving your keys.
Complete Your New Home Orientation Tour
The New Home Orientation Tour, is your first look at your recently completed home. A McCaffrey Homes construction professional will conduct a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the operating procedures of the key components of your home as well as review the warranty service procedure.
Receive Your Keys!
It’s all yours! We’ll hand you the keys to your new home after escrow closes and your Grant Deed is recorded. Welcome to homeownership!
