FRESNO, Calif. (Jan. 7, 2014) – McCaffrey Homes, one of our leading local homebuilders, has won three 2014 Silver Awards in the industry’s largest and most prestigious sales and marketing award program. The National Sales and Marketing Council Awards – also known as “The Nationals” – are presented annually by The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The 2014 Silver Award winners were selected from over 800 entries by a panel of eight award-winning building industry professionals. The awards honor firms and individuals who lead the building industry in innovation and imagination. Silver winners are also finalists to win the Gold Award, to be announced at The International Builders Show (IBS) on Feb. 4, 2014, in Las Vegas, Nev. McCaffrey Homes, currently building in Fresno and Clovis, Calif., is the only builder in central Calif. to have earned 2014 National Awards. The firm was honored in the following categories:

We thank them for their contributions and the judges for this honor.” Currently in its third generation, McCaffrey Homes has constructed more than 8,000 homes in the past 35 years within the central San Joaquin Valley. The firm received prior Silver Awards in 2012, 2011 and 2010 and Gold Awards in 2009 and 2008. The latest Silver Awards extend a winning streak that includes awards for architecture, home design, environmental commitment, landscape design, marketing, mortgage financing and sales. The local homebuilder also received a 2013 Grand Award in the Gold Nugget Awards, given annually at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC), for the "Best Single Family Detached Home under 2,000 sq. ft." for the Tribeca Plan at The Heights. The builder’s other awards include four Leadership in Housing Awards from ENERGY STAR and a Best in American Living (BALA) Gold Award from Professional Builder Magazine. McCaffrey Homes currently builds in three communities in Fresno and Clovis, Calif. – The Heights at Loma Vista, The Gallery in Clovis and The Heights on Copper. The company has begun planning Phase 1 of Tesoro Viejo, a master planned community in Madera County that will be the center of the Rio Mesa area, with groundbreaking expected in 2015.
