To Submit a Homeowner Service Request

Please review the warranty material found online in your Homeowner’s Portal to verify that the item is warrantable and not within construction performance guidelines before you submit this request.  These materials include our Limited Warranty, CA Residential Construction Performance Guidelines, and Homebuilder “Fix It” Construction booklet.  

  • If a warrantable item, then please fill out the online service request form and submit below. 
  • Requests must be made by the legal owner of the home.
  • Note- Homeowner must be present at customer service appointments

Appliances: 

As your appliances are warrantied directly through the manufacturer, please contact them directly to submit a service request.

Service appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with efficient service.

Please provide as detailed information as possible to avoid an inspection appointment. Following the example below.

  1. Please provide photo from 6 feet away for all service requests involving windows, cabinets, granite, tile, doors, baseboards, finishes (ie. Paint, drywall, plumbing fixtures, sinks)
  2. Do not use the flash with photos
  3. Do not use zoom on your camera or phone
