Service Request


Effective immediately, we are re-instituting a temporary suspension on accepting non-emergency homeowner warranty requests.  We will continue to schedule existing open service orders during this time; however, if you are ill, please understand that we will need to wait to perform any service appointments until you are feeling better, and that our employees have been counseled not to perform any service appointments if a homeowner is visibly ill.  Any such delay in making warranty repairs will not impact the warranty expiration date for warranty requests.  

Should you experience an emergency during normal business hours, please contact our Customer Service at (559) 256-7027 as we will continue to use our absolute best efforts to respond to any emergency warranty requests.  If outside of business hours, please refer to the Emergency Contact Information.

McCaffrey Homes defines emergencies as:

  • Total loss of heat or air conditioning
  • Total loss of electricity
  • Total loss of water or sewer system
  • A plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut off
  • Fire Sprinklers 
  • A gas leak
