To Submit a Homeowner Service Request

Please review the warranty material found online in your Homeowner’s Portal to verify that the item is warrantable and not within construction performance guidelines before you submit this request.  These materials include our Limited Warranty, CA Residential Construction Performance Guidelines, and Homebuilder “Fix It” Construction booklet.
