McCaffrey Homes Honored as Nations Most Referred Homebuilder


McCaffrey Homes recently won the national first place award for having the highest percent of sales from referrals in the large-volume segment in the Eliant 2019 Homebuyers’ Choice Award.  This is the sixth time McCaffrey Homes has received the national highest referral rate award. 

The Homebuyers’ Choice Awards are presented annually by Eliant (, a customer experience management company that has been surveying buyers of new homes for more than 35 years. For 2019, the winning builders were determined by analyzing the results of 125,000 surveys administered to homebuyers from more than 160 major homebuilders across the U.S. 

“Year after year, of the 160 major home builders we evaluate across the country, McCaffrey Homes repeatedly has the highest rate of sales from customers’ referrals,” said Bob Mirman, CEO of Eliant.  “It is easy for me to say that McCaffrey Homes has earned the strongest reputation of any home builder we have worked with in 35 years.”

In 2018, 48 percent of McCaffrey’s homebuyers reported that they purchased on the basis of a friend’s recommendation which is twice the national average, according to Mirman.

McCaffrey Homes also won recognition as a top ten winner in the First Year Customer Experience and Design Experience categories, as well as an honorable mention in the First Year Quality category.
