Madera County Supervisor Max Rodriguez noted McCaffrey’s vision for the future and appreciation for his participation in helping to implement their community’s design for the progressive Rio Mesa plan.

“It has been an honor to work with all of you and I look forward to continuing to work with you every day as we make the impossible, possible,” he continued. He has served on the Board of Directors of the local BIA since 2004, and was recognized by Professional Builder magazine in 2017 as a rising star in the nation’s homebuilding industry.
