Tesoro Viejo is a 1,600-acre award-winning master-planned community located in Madera, CA, just minutes north of Fresno. Set in the rolling hills of Central California, the community is surrounded with panoramic views. Residents enjoy resort-style amenities at the Ranch House clubhouse, miles of scenic walking/biking trails, a town center with small town charm, year-round community events, neighborhood parks, and on-site TK-8th grade school.

Can I personalize my home?
Yes. McCaffrey Homes offers a range of options, trusted name brands, appliances, as well as professional guidance with a dedicated design consultant to help you make our McCaffrey home your home. All in our convenient one-stop Design Center, where you can personalize your new McCaffrey home to reflect your unique tastes, character and lifestyle.
How long does the homebuilding process take?
On average, it takes 4-6 months to build a new home depending upon the size of the home, weather conditions, and schedule.
The process can be shorter if it is an existing home under construction. We do offer a selection of quick move-in homes that are under construction or ready to move in immediately. The sales associate at your desired community will be better able to answer this question.
MORTGAGE
Does McCaffrey have a preferred lender?
Yes. McCaffrey Home Mortgage is part of the McCaffrey family of companies, and as a mortgage broker is able to provide competitive rates, a variety of loan programs and solutions.
You are not required to finance through McCaffrey Home Mortgage when purchasing a new McCaffrey home. If you opt to use McCaffrey Home Mortgage, you’ll qualify for incentives from McCaffrey Homes that can be used to reduce your closing costs or applied towards options for your new home or lower your interest rate.
How do I get pre-qualified?
You can start the process online by filling out our quick pre-qualification form. Or if you prefer, you can meet with the sales associate at your desired community, who can assist you with getting started.
BROKERS
Do you work with brokers?
Yes. We offer a Realtor Referral Program for those brokers who refer their clients. Referral reward amounts vary by neighborhoods and homes. Please contact the local Sales Center of the neighborhood of your choice for more detailed information.
Must I accompany my client on their first community visit?
Yes. You must physically accompany your clients at their first visit to each of our communities. On your first visit with your client to any community, you must register as the agent or broker for your client using our Broker Registration and Referral Form.
If your client has previously visited a community without you present, no compensation will be paid.
