Introducing The Boulevard

01-19-2024

We’re excited to announce that McCaffrey Homes is building a new neighborhood in Tesoro Viejo with pre-model pricing from the mid $300s. Sales will be launching this weekend for The Boulevard collection, which will be ready for move-in by late Spring.

Named for its prominent location at the corner of two main boulevards in the community, The Boulevard will be situated in a great area around the Tesoro Viejo Town Center. With three different vibrant floor plans to choose from, these modern homes will range in size from approximately 1,227 to 1,651 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

The stylish homes will showcase open concept floor plans with spacious primary bedrooms, kitchen islands with seating, quartz countertops, shaker style cabinets, stainless steel kitchen appliances, vinyl plank flooring on the first floor, and three-tone interior paint.  The beautiful exteriors will highlight three distinct architectural styles: Contemporary Monterey, Modern Farmhouse, and Spanish Bungalow.

Homes in The Boulevard will feature high quality designer touches and low-maintenance yards. They’ll also include McCaffrey’s innovative WaterSense bath fixtures to conserve water, LED lighting, 2x6 framed exterior walls with additional insulation, and home automation and connectivity.

Homeowners will enjoy everything Tesoro Viejo has to offer including the resort-style Ranch House Clubhouse with pools and cabanas, over 15 miles of community walking/biking trails, a variety of neighborhood parks including a dog park, and year-round events. In addition, the Town Center also features the Camarena Health Center, a neighborhood coffee house and eatery, along with the Madera County Fire Station and Sheriff’s Substation. The community has nearly 400 acres of natural open space, trails, parks, and recreational amenities.

Interested homebuyers are encouraged to visit the Poppy Model Center or call (559) 831-3076.

Tesoro Viejo was awarded the 2023 National Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders. We hope you’ll come by and see why!
