As a valued McCaffrey homeowner, celebrate the joy of home ownership with your favorite people. Tell your friends & family about living in a McCaffrey neighborhood. If they purchase a new McCaffrey home of their own, you will receive a $500 reward and your friend will receive $500 in design credits as our way of saying thank you.

All you have to do is complete the referral registration form and submit it prior to your referral's signing their purchase agreement. Upon the close of escrow, you'll get a $500 reward and they'll get $500 in design credits. It's that simple!

In which McCaffrey Homes Community are you a homeowner?

By clicking the 'Agree' button below, you represent and agree that (a) your sole involvement will be the introduction of your referral to a new home in a McCaffrey Homes Community, and (b) you have not and will not perform any of the acts of a real estate broker as defined by California law (Business and Professions Code Section 10131), including assisting your referral in any manner in the application or negotiations for the purchase of a home in a McCaffrey Homes Community.

McCaffrey Homes' referral program is subject to change or termination without notice or obligation. To be eligible for the reward, referring party must be a current McCaffrey Homeowner and the original purchaser of a new home built by McCaffrey Homes that has closed escrow. Referred McCaffrey Homes buyer must close escrow on a new McCaffrey home within one year of submitting referral form. Participants may refer up to four buyers who successfully close escrow. Referral reward will be sent via certified mail to referring party within 60 days of close of escrow of the referred party. Federal regulations require referring party provide their Social Security number prior to issuance of multiple referral rewards in a calendar year as it is considered taxable income. Only one referral reward will be paid per transaction. Referrals are not paid on transactions involving real estate brokers.
