McCaffrey Homes is now hiring for a full-time on-site New Home Sales Associate in Madera, CA at our Tesoro Viejo, master-planned community. For this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to potential homebuyers, demonstrating model homes, providing information on prices, floor plans, and assisting with the sales process from start to finish. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, energetic, and possess exceptional communication skills.
The role requires a valid California real estate salesperson license, in good standing.
Schedule includes weekends.
