McCaffrey Homes has earned two Silver Awards in The Nationals, the preeminent annual award program for home builders.
McCaffrey Homes received Silver Awards for Best Logo Design and Best Brochure for a Community for Liberty Square, its newest community in Fresno.
For 36 years, The National Sales and Marketing Awards have honored home builders for excellence in sales and marketing. The awards are presented by The National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) of The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
"With a fresh approach to architecture and design and a bold focus on the way we live today, it was important for us to convey the compelling details of Liberty Square with a logo and a brochure that capture the essence of this inspiring community," said Karen McCaffrey, vice president of McCaffrey Homes. "We're honored to be recognized by the judges, each a noted housing industry expert."
During a three-day judging process, a panel of seven experts from across the nation selected winners from more than 1,300 entries in 57 categories.
Winners of The Nationals were honored at a gala awards dinner on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at NAHB's International Builders Show (IBS). IBS, the leading trade show and conference for the home building industry, attracts more than 100,000 attendees each year.
"Our designs for this community built on a contemporary, bold and elegant color palette using patterns and textures to create a vibe that would resonate with the target audience: young couples, families and empty nesters," said Randy Carver of Kovach Marketing, who partnered with McCaffrey Homes on the project.
"We wanted to tell a graphically engaging, upbeat story of this community that maximized the messages of the life-enhancing value and style to be experienced at Liberty Square," Carver added. "The logo was inspired by the chic atmosphere and renowned architecture of New York City's SoHo district to evoke a sense of contemporary living."
