Construction of Custom Homes Underway at One Opus Drive in Prime Northeast Fresno Location

Early buyers of custom homesites at One Opus Drive have begun construction of their dream homes, while others are scheduled to begin construction soon. These luxury homes vary in size from approximately 3,300 to 5,000 square feet on lots that offer up to approximately 17,000 square feet.
