Summer Special 5.25% Fixed Rate at Hampton Renaissance

For those home shoppers that purchase this weekend, The McCaffrey Group has just announced a 30-year fixed-rate loan with a special financing rate of just 5.25%. This 5.25% financing program is being offered at both Hampton Renaissance in northwest Fresno and at Loma Vista in Clovis when financed through McCaffrey Home Mortgage. “That’s more than a one percentage point reduction under today’s current rate, which translates to an estimated $300 lower monthly mortgage payment,” said Lauren McCaffrey, vice president of sales for The McCaffrey Group. “In working together with McCaffrey Home Mortgage, we can offer these special savings programs to our homebuyers and can also secure the 5.25% rate on homes that close in 2007.”

At Hampton Renaissance in northwest Fresno, some homes are available for move-in this summer, in time for the kids to start the school year at River Bluff Elementary School and Rio Vista Middle School, which are located directly across the street from Hampton Renaissance. Both schools are in the award-winning Central Unified School District. All homes within Hampton Renaissance in northwest Fresno have been released for immediate sale.

Children living within Hampton Renaissance at Loma Vista in Clovis will attend schools at Loma Vista’s Reagan Education Complex.
