Up to $18,000 in State & Federal Tax Credits Available At McCaffrey Homes' Communities in Clovis & NW Fresno

There's just a few more days for qualified buyers to take advantage of state and federal tax credits totaling up to $18,000 for a quick move-in on selected homes at McCaffrey Homes’ communities in Clovis and NW Fresno, including Braden Court.

The federal tax credit offers up to $8,000 for first-time homebuyers and $6,500 for existing homeowners. It is available to qualified buyers who purchase a home by April 30 and close by June 30. The state program offers up to $10,000 and runs until the end of the year or until the funding is exhausted. To qualify for both the federal and state tax credits, buyers must purchase a home by Friday, April 30th and close in June.

"Buyers wishing to move into a new home in the next two months are encouraged to visit one of our communities before it’s too late as the opportunity to combine the federal and state tax credits expires this coming Friday, April 30th," says Lauren McCaffrey Knowlton, vice president of marketing at McCaffrey Homes.

At Braden Court in Clovis, there are three homes available for either 30- or 60-day move-in. Priced from the high $100’s, all homes at Braden Court feature a fully landscaped front and rear yard included in the purchase price. Walking and biking trails are just steps from the rear yards.
