McCaffrey Homes Sales Team Earns Top Certification from National Association of Home Builders

McCaffrey Homes, is pleased to announce that 10 of its community representatives and executives have earned the Certified New Home Sales Professional designation (CSP) from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  The CSP designation is the only national designation specifically designed for new home sales professionals and indicates that a real estate salesperson has achieved a high level of professionalism in their career.

The Certified New Home Sales Professional Course is an official offering of the NAHB University of Housing.  The NAHB is the nation's largest trade organization representing all facets of the residential construction industry.  Earning the CSP certification entails three full days of classroom instruction, after which students are required to pass a rigorous exam.  The coursework starts with an introduction to homebuilding that includes construction, and marketing and sales, followed by an in-depth focus on the new home sales process and how the salesperson can provide the ideal support and information at every step along the way.

For homebuyers, the CSP designation identifies sales professionals that have been trained to better assist home buyers seamlessly through the home buying process from financing to construction to design selections and beyond.
