Who is Palmina?

The Palmina Collection is affectionately named after Palmina "Pauline" Bonadelle, who has provided gentle guidance to three generations of homebuilders in the central San Joaquin Valley.

Palmina (Italian for Little Palm) is the daughter of first-generation Italian immigrants who ultimately settled in Fresno because its rich agricultural heritage reminded them of home. In 1952, she married local homebuilder John Bonadelle and together they raised three children, each of whom joined the family business. Today, each oversees their own homebuilding firms.

The Palmina collection reflects Palmina's lifelong dedication to family, friends and home. Her generous spirit is evident in the expansive great rooms that invite family and friends to gather and linger around the bounty of the San Joaquin Valley. And, her love of the outdoors is revealed in the porches, patios and courtyards where families can enjoy the area's delightful evening ambiance.
