A New Life and a New Home at Hampton Renaissance

Imagine being surprised with a wedding proposal by the one you love on your ideal homesite where you will build your life together in the home of your dreams. For Kim Pacheco, this was her reality on July 27, 2002, when her now husband Kevin took her out to the homesite of a McCaffrey Group Hampton Renaissance home that he had secretly purchased the week before.

“When we came across Hampton Renaissance, we were instantly drawn to it because of the excellent architecture, large lot sizes and included standard amenities,” said Kim. “I never imagined that Kevin would go back and secretly purchase the home that we had loved that day and on the lot I wanted. I thought we were only dreaming that it was ours when we took the trip out to the empty lot to look around. The proposal was such an amazing surprise, there are no words to describe it.”

Originally from Kerman, Kevin is the assistant manager at a local Credit Union branch. Kim is originally from Clovis and teaches toddlers in the childcare center at St. Agnes and on the weekends she works at a pet store.

The Pacheco’s were married on August 2, 2003 and departed for their honeymoon. Upon their arrival home, their brand new Hampton Renaissance home was ready for move-in on August 14th.

“We were experiencing so much newness in our life and The McCaffrey Group was so helpful from the very beginning insuring that everything ran smoothly,” added Kim. "We are so happy with our home. It has this classic appeal with tile floors and archways and the location is ideal. You have the peacefulness of the country with all of the conveniences nearby."
