Family, Friends Become Neighbors at Hampton Renaissance

The Floro Family Ramon and Jean Floro found the ideal home at Hampton Renaissance in Clovis. They loved it so much, in fact, that Ramon, a high school teacher at CART, told his two sisters and their husbands about the neighborhood as they were searching for homes of their own. And, when he learned that another teacher at CART, Susan Kelpe, was looking for a new home with her sister, Nancy, he suggested that they too visit Hampton Renaissance. Now, all four families are neighbors at Hampton Renaissance.

The Floro family, which includes Mr. and Mrs. Floro and their two children, chose the Casa Sorrento plan, with four bedrooms and a guest room, with 2,692 square feet of living space. They use the guest bedroom as an office for their real estate brokerage company. Mr. Floro, aside from being a full-time teacher, is also a real estate broker and Mrs. Floro assists in the business as a part-time processor. As real estate experts, Mr. and Mrs. Floro have seen a lot of homes, and were looking for quality and value when seeking a home for themselves. “We were impressed with the high quality materials used in the construction of these homes,” said Mr. Floro. “And features that are options at other neighborhoods are standard at Hampton Renaissance,” he added.

So, after purchasing their home at Hampton Renaissance, Mr. Floro recommended the neighborhood to other family members. Shortly thereafter, his sister and brother-in-law, Isabel and Luis Ric Verdolaga, moved into the home next door with their three children. In the meantime, Cristina and Ramon Dela Rosa, another sister and brother-in-law, moved into the home across the street with their two daughters. He also referred co-worker Susan Kelpe to Hampton Renaissance, who purchased the 1,999 square-foot Le Chalet plan with her sister.

All four families enjoy living in such close proximity. They also enjoy their new homes, which include a generous standard amenities package, including ceramic tile flooring in the entries, kitchens, breakfast nooks, laundry rooms and baths; indoor laundry rooms with large sinks and upper cabinetry for storage; and gourmet kitchens with gas cooktops and built-in appliances.
