McCaffrey Group Exceeds Buyer Expectations

Terry and Debbie Burge had been living in a Trend home for nine years when they decided it was time to buy a new home. So, it was no surprise that they included The McCaffrey’s Group’s Trend Big Country in their recent new home search.

Wanting to be informed consumers, they also visited several other new home developments to compare pricing, features and quality. After looking at all of their options, Mr. & Mrs. Burge felt that they would get more for their money with a Trend home. “Since we had such a good experience with our previous Trend home, it made the decision an easy one,” said Mrs. Burge.

During the sales process, Mr. & Mrs. Burge were especially impressed with sales associate Stan Nappe, who just celebrated 20 years with The McCaffrey Group. “He was so professional and always there when we needed him,” Mr. & Mrs. Burge expressed in a letter praising the experience they had buying their second Trend home. Mr. Burge, who is in the construction business, also appreciated the homeowners meeting, which answered many questions they had about their new home.

Mr. and Mrs. Burge said that location factored into their new home purchase. Trend Big Country is located in a country setting near Polk and McKinley, with close proximity to all that the Valley has to offer.

The couple lives in their three-bedroom Trend home alone, but they’ve put the extra bedrooms to good use. Mrs. Burge, a teacher, uses one of the extra bedrooms as her computer room. And, Mr. Burge uses the third bedroom as a work room.

“We will always stay with Trend. The McCaffrey Group has far exceeded our expectations,” Mr. & Mrs. Burge concluded.
